TR368HW rotary drilling rig is specially designed to suit the following applications:

Main Feature:
- -Retractable original CAT chassis with EF turbocharged engine ensures the stability of the whole machine meet the performance on various applications and construction environment. Advanced main pump adopted negative flow constant power variable automatic control , which can realize the optimal matching in the load and the output power of engine.
- -High frequency pulse controlled crowding system helps to achieve high efficient drilling at rock layers .
- -The large torque rotary head adopts three level anti shocking technology to effectively absorb the impact of kelly bar. Equipped REXROTH or LINDE motor provides powerful output torque and realizes grading control according to the geological conditions , construction requirements and so on.
- -High speed spin off is optional, centrifugal force is increased which can achieve fast soil unloading increase construction efficiency remarkably.
- -Electric systems are from Pal-fin auto-control, optimal design of electric control system improves the control accuracy and the feed back speed Equipped advanced automatic switch of manual control and auto control, the electronic leveling device can monitor and adjust the mast automatically, and guarantee a verticality condition during operation.
- -The newest designed winch drum structure is to avoid steel wire rope tangling and effectively prolongs the wire’s service life.
- -The main winch has functions of touch-bottom protection and priority control ; fast speed kelly fall is optional.
- -Low vibration, low noise and low pollution to meet the high standards of city pile foundation construction .
- -The whole machine operation applies hydraulic pilot control, which could make the load and sense light and obvious.
