  1.  Features

 1.1 Structure and Material

  • – Hollow shaft: Made of high-pressure seamless alloy steel pipe, which transmits torque and acts as a concrete pumping channel.
  • – Continuous spiral flight**: Manufactured from high-wear-resistant steel with one-piece forming; scientific pitch (about 0.6–0.7 times the diameter) ensures smooth soil discharge.
  • – Reliable connection**: Plug-in threaded / flange / hexagonal connection with good sealing, fast assembly and disassembly, and high tensile strength.
  • – Complete specifications**: Commonly 400–800 mm in diameter, suitable for different pile diameters and strata.

2. Main Functions

2.1 Drilling and Hole Forming

  • – Transmits torque and pressure from the drilling rig to drive the drill bit to cut soil.
  • – Rotating spiral flights lift cuttings to the surface, realizing continuous hole forming.

2.2 Concrete Delivery and Pile Formation

  • – After reaching the design depth, concrete is pumped through the **hollow shaft**.
  • – Concrete is extruded from the bottom of the drill bit while lifting the auger, filling the borehole to form a complete pile.

2.3 Ensuring Construction Quality

  • – Spiral flights slightly compact the borehole wall, improving shaft friction resistance.
  • – Continuous pumping prevents hole collapse and necking, ensuring high pile density.
  • – With monitoring system, records depth, pressure and concrete volume in real time for fullprocess control.

2.4  Improving Project Benefits

  • – Fast pile formation shortens construction period.
  • – High single-pile bearing capacity (1.5–3 times higher than ordinary piles), reducing pile quantity and material consumption.
  • – No slurry wall protection required, reducing pollution and hole cleaning procedures, lowering costs.
