The SNR400T fully hydraulic truck-mounted water well drilling rig is installed on a Dongfeng or SinoTruck 6X4/6X6 chassis and is suitable for small drilling projects with a maximum drilling depth of 400 meters and a drilling diameter range of 105-325mm. The air pressure is 1.2-3.5Mpa and the air consumption is 16-55 m³/min. The SNR400T water well drilling rig is compatible with 89/102 drill pipe. And the maximum rotary torque can reach 8000/4000 N.m.
Main Features
- The lifting of theSNR400T drilling rig mast, unloading of drill rods, rotation and feeding, support legs, hoisting, walking and other actions are all implemented by the hydraulic system, and can be directly constructed with 6-meter drill rods or 6-meter casing, greatly reducing labor intensity, improving construction efficiency and engineering quality. Each drilling rig can be modified into a vehicle mounted chassis.
- Equipped with water vapor dual-purpose rotary head, whichcan use air DTH hammer drilling and mud drilling;
- The rig is equipped with patent technology hydraulic rotary disk, mud pump, hydraulic winch, the mud canbe completed normal circulation drilling technology.
- Hydraulic clamp with superior clamping force, improved durability, faster cycle times, and enhanced safety, which make unloading drill rod and critical component for high-performance drilling operations requiring reliability under extreme conditions.
- SNR400T water well drilling rig with directional circulation, which is equipped with BW450 mud pump, it adopts the slurry as the washing fluid, and it can drill on clay, sand and rock if it is equipped with a good drilling bit.
- Equipped with generator which is convenient to welding or illuminate for work at night.
- Equipped with a foam pump, the drilling rig breaks free from the heavy water dependency inherent in conventional mud circulation. By producing a high-performance foam fluid, it effectively tackles drilling difficulties in arid areas and fractured loss zones, enabling operations that are efficient, safe, and low in cost.
