The SNR330 fully hydraulic crawler mounted water well drilling rig is suitable for small drilling projects with a maximum drilling depth of 330 meters and a drilling diameter range of 105-305mm. The air pressure is 1.2-3.5 Mpa and the air consumption is 16-55 m³/min. The SNR330 is compatible with 89mm drill rod. Weighing only 7.8 tons, the rig is lightweight and portable, making it ideal for projects with limited working conditions and easy for workers to move.
Main Features
- The lifting of the SNR330 water well drilling rig mast, drilling rod unloading, rotation and feeding, support legs, hoisting, walking and other actions are all implemented by the hydraulic system, greatly reducing labor intensity, improving construction efficiency and engineering quality. And each drilling rig can be modified into truck mounted chassis.
- Equipped with water vapor dual-purpose rotary head, which can use air DTH hammer drilling and mud drilling;
- The rig is equipped with patent technology hydraulic rotary disk, mud pump, hydraulic winch, the mud can be completed normal circulation drilling technology.
- Hydraulic clamp with superior clamping force, improved durability, faster cycle times, and enhanced safety, which make unloading drill rod and critical component for high-performance drilling operations requiring reliability under extreme conditions.
- SNR330 water well drilling rig with directional circulation, which is equipped with BW450 mud pump, it adopts the slurry as the washing fluid, and it can drill on clay, sand and rock if it is equipped with a good drilling bit.
