TH-60 Hydraulic piling rig is a new design for driving hydraulic pile hammer and CFA application, mainly composed of advantages based on Caterpillar undercarriage and hydraulic impact hammer which included the hammer, hydraulic hoses, power pack, bell driving head.

CFA Method Expert: The equipment utilizes the CFA construction method: With a maximum drilling depth increased to 25m and a drilling diameter of up to 800mm, coupled with a powerful torque of 80KN.m and a 210kN pulldown system, it achieves high efficiency even in high-strength rock formations, significantly enhancing rock-socketed construction capabilities.
Superior Impact Pile Driving Power: Featuring an 8000kg heavy-duty hammer core, the maximum impact power is increased to 84KJ. It offers excellent penetration capability for large 650*650mm precast piles. The pile driving frequency is adjustable up to 40-120 times/minute, adapting to the requirements of different soil conditions.
Bore pile method: TH60 hydraulic piling rig is equipped with rotary head and friction Kelly bar delivering a torque of 300kN·m. It has a maximum drilling depth of 90 meters and a maximum borehole diameter of 2500 mm, making it suitable for large-diameter, medium-deep pile foundation construction in various complex ground conditions.
