The hydraulic pile breaker has the following features: easy, operation, high efficiency, low cost, less Noise, more safety and stability. It imposes no impact force on the parent body of the pile and no influence on the bearing capacity of the pile, and shortens the construction period greatly. It is applicable for pile-group works and is recommended strongly by the construction department and and the supervision department.

Both the SPF400B and SPF450B fully hydraulic pile breakers feature a one-piece design. The range of pile diameters are 300-450mm and 350-450mm respectively. The maximum drill rod pressure is 485KN and 790KN respectively, with maximum stroke of hydraulic cylinder is 150mm and 205mm respectively, and the maximum pressure of hydraulic cylinder is 31.5Mpa for both. Customization is also available, with drill rod lengths adjustable to meet your specific construction needs.
