The TG60 of underground diaphragm wall hydraulic grabs can be widely used in the construction of foundation pit support , rail transit , dyke seepage prevention , dock cofferdam , underground space of urban infrastructure construction, etc. With a groove depth of up to 70 m, maximum lifting force of 600 KN, and system pressure of 35 Mpa, the TG60 ensures efficient and reliable performance in various challenging conditions. Its robust design, including an outer track distance of 3450-4600 mm and track shoe width of 800 mm, provides excellent stability and traction of 700 KN.
- New multifunctional upper chassis with widened design, built-in hoist, and lateral hydraulic main valve for compact structure and easier maintenance. Forward-positioned cab with protective cover provides closer working view.
- Self-made telescopic chassis with compact structure and convenient disassembly. Equipped with long-life Rothe Erde (Germany) slewing bearing.
- Advanced PLC controller, inclinometer, and correction system ensure groove quality. Large memory touch screen monitors, records, and prints excavation data in real-time.
- Imported Cummins QSM 11 EFI turbocharged engine with easy maintenance. Negative feedback hydraulic system optimizes power output for high efficiency, adaptability, and fuel economy.
- Built-in German reducer and brake, Rexroth motor, single-row rope, and double winch with large drum improve winch efficiency and service life.
- New mast lifting mechanism for easy operation; reinforced joints for impact resistance.
- Multifunctional bucket with adjustable weight adapts to different strata. Optional slewing device and impact grab enhance efficiency. 200-ton thrust cylinder enables deeper trenching in complex formations.
