The YDC-400 mobile drilling rig is a fully hydraulically driven drilling rig mounted on a Dongfeng diesel truck chassis. It is widely used in engineering geological exploration, seismic exploration drilling, water well drilling, anchor drilling, jet drilling, air conditioning drilling, and pile hole drilling.
Main Features
- The rotating unit adopts French technology, driven by dual hydraulic motors with mechanical speed change, featuring a wide speed range and high torque at low speeds. The rotating unit spindle has higher rigidity, more precise transmission, and more stable operation, meeting the construction and drilling needs of various projects.
- The feed and lifting system uses a single hydraulic cylinder driven chain, enabling long-distance transport and facilitating long-distance core drilling operations.
- The drilling rig has a fast lifting speed, reducing auxiliary time and improving drilling efficiency.
- The V-shaped rail on the mast ensures sufficient rigidity between the top hydraulic head and the mast, guaranteeing stability during high-speed rotation.
- The hydraulic drive head can move the drill bit away from the borehole.
- The drilling rig is equipped with a clamping system and a release system for convenient core drilling operations.
- The mud pump is controlled by a hydraulic valve. All operating handles are centralized on the control group for easy handling of unexpected situations at the bottom of the borehole.
