The XY-5A core drilling rig can be used for oblique and straight hole drilling. It has the advantages of simple and compact structure, reasonable layout, moderate weight, easy disassembly, and wide speed range. The drilling rig is equipped with a water brake, which has a large hoisting capacity and is easy to lift and operate.
Technical Features
- The drilling rig has multiple speed levels (8 levels) and a reasonable speed range, with high low-speed torque. Therefore, the drilling rig has strong process adaptability and a wide range of applications. It is suitable for drilling small-diameter diamond cores, as well as meeting the requirements of large-diameter hard alloy core drilling and some engineering drilling.
- The drilling rig is lightweight and has good disassembly. It can be disassembled into eleven components, making it easy to relocate and suitable for operations in mountainous areas.
- The structure is simple, the layout is reasonable, and it is easy to maintain, upkeep, and repair.
- The drilling rig has two reverse rotation speeds, which facilitates accident handling.
- The drilling rig has a low center of gravity, is firmly fixed, moves smoothly, and has good stability during high-speed drilling.
- The instruments are complete and convenient for observing various drilling parameters.
- The operation handle is centralized, easy to operate, simple and flexible.
- The mud pump is independently driven, with flexible power configuration and airport layout.
- According to user needs, circular slips can be configured to directly clamp rope drill rods for drilling, eliminating the need for active drill rods.
- The hydraulic system is equipped with a hand cranked oil pump. When the power machine cannot work, the hand cranked oil pump can still be used to deliver pressure oil to the inlet oil cylinder, lift the drilling tools out of the hole, and avoid drilling accidents.
- The winch is equipped with a water brake to ensure smooth and safe drilling during deep hole drilling.
