Single shaft mixing machine
This rig is specifically fitted with a mixing device for the DSM method (such as double-axis or triple-axis mixing drill rods). During construction, the rig provides stable vertical lift and downward pressure, driving the drill rods to rotate and inject cement grout, forcibly mixing soft soil with the solidifying agent to form underground continuous walls or reinforced blocks.

DSM Three-Point Piling Rig generally refers to the three-point crawler piling rig used for the Deep Soil Mixing (DSM) method. This is a highly stable specialized piling rig, whose core feature is that the mast is connected to the machine body through “three points,” specifically designed to drive deep mixing drills for soft ground foundation reinforcement.
Piling rigs can be divided into walking type and crawler type based on their movement method. Additionally, with expanded functions, they can be equipped with a diesel hammer or hydraulic hammer for use as a piling rig, or they can be equipped with single-axis, double-axis, triple-axis, or multi-axis systems for use as a DSM mixing pile rig.

Structural Core: Three-Point Stabilization System
Unlike common suspended piling rigs, its mast is rigidly connected to the main machine body at three points:
- Upper two points: Supported in the upper and middle part of the mast by two diagonal braces, forming a stable triangular structure.
- Lower one point: The bottom of the mast is hinged to a bracket at the front end of the machine.
- Wide crawler chassis: To withstand the enormous counter-torque generated during the rotation of the mixing head, this type of rig is usually equipped with an extended and widened specialized crawler chassis. During operation, outriggers are also extended to prevent tipping during construction.
