The SD2000 municipal-level drilling rig is designed for ultra-deep core drilling in the 2000-2500 meter range. It utilizes advanced foreign technology and features a more mature rotary head unit, clamping mechanism, winch, and hydraulic system. It is suitable not only for diamond and cemented carbide drilling in solid rock formations but also for seismic geological exploration, engineering geological surveys, micro-pile drilling, and the construction of small and medium-sized wells

Main Features:
- The rotation head unit is a piston motor and mechanical gear system using foreign technology. It boasts a wide speed range and a powerful torque of 4263 Nm. When the drill bit is stuck at the end of the hole, it can solve the problem easily by reverse hitting function.
- It has a high torque at high speed, Max speed of the rig is 1120 rpm with torque 680Nm
- The power is directly driven by the piston hydraulic cylinder, which has a long stroke and stronger lifting force.
- The hydraulic system is reliable, mud pump and mud mixing machine are hydraulic controlled. The integrated operation makes it easy to handle all kinds of incidents at the bottom of the hole.
- The rig has the clamp and unscrew machine, easy to disassemble the drilling rod and reduces the labor intensity.
- Rig feeding system adopts the back pressure-balancing technology. The user can conveniently get the drilling pressure at the bottom of the hold and increase the drill bit life.
- The movement of the crawler is linear controlled, safe and reliable, and can climb onto the lat truck by itself which eliminates the cable car s cost.
