The Low Headroom Full Hydraulic Rotary Drilling Rig is a specialized piling machine designed for construction in confined spaces with limited vertical clearance, such as tunnel renovations, bridge underpinning, and indoor foundations. It features a compact, low-profile mast and a fully hydraulic drive system that provides high torque and variable rotation speeds. Despite its reduced height, the rig maintains excellent stability and drilling accuracy for bored piles, micropiles, and anchor holes. Its modular design allows for easy transport and assembly, making it ideal for urban and infrastructure projects where space and headroom are critical constraints.
- Powered by a powerful original Cummins engine from the USA and equipped with a precise hydraulic-electric control system, the rig enables on-demand flow distribution, ensuring optimal system transmission efficiency and delivering maximum performance.
- It features a high-torque output rotaryhead, capable of drilling up to 1.5 meters in diameter. This makes it ideal for bored pile construction in confined spaces such as indoor sites, factories, under-bridge areas, and height-restricted locations.
- The SINOVO rotary drilling rig is built on a self-developed dedicated chassis, perfectly matched with its power and hydraulic systems. A state-of-the-art load-sensing, load-sensitive proportional control hydraulic system ensures greater efficiency and energy savings.

- The rotaryhead is set in different gears, with an added rock entry mode to reduce the intensity of manual operation and enhance the rock entry capability;
