Product Description

TH-60 Hydraulic piling rig is a new design for driving hydraulic pile hammer and CFA application, mainly composed of advantages based on Caterpillar undercarriage and hydraulic impact hammer which included the hammer, hydraulic hoses, power pack, bell driving head.

Versatility is also a result of the modular design of their components whose choice and layout is a result of many years of extensive field testing; it can be fitted with:

Product Details

CFA Method Expert: The equipment utilizes the CFA construction method, with a maximum drilling diameter of 400mm and a depth of up to 20m. Its maximum drilling torque of 60KN.m, combined with a powerful pulldown force of 170kN, allows it to easily handle multi-story building pile foundations and foundation pit support pile construction.

Efficient Pile Driving System: Equipped with a 5000kg hammer core, it delivers an impact energy of 60KJ. The pile driving frequency is infinitely adjustable between 30-80 times/minute, making it suitable for driving 400*400mm precast piles with a maximum length of 16m, meeting the demands of urban renovation and pipeline network projects.

Bore pile method: TH60 hydraulic piling rig is equipped with rotary head and friction Kelly bar delivering a torque of 180 kN·m. It has a maximum drilling depth of 60 meters and a maximum borehole diameter of 1500 mm, making it suitable for large-diameter, medium-deep pile foundation construction in various complex ground conditions.
