Characteristics and Applications of Lattice Boom Crawler Cranes
Adopting a truss-type lattice boom that is lightweight, high in rigidity and small in wind-receiving area,
it is suitable for heavy-duty, high-height and long-radius lifting.
The crawlers have a large ground contact area and low ground pressure,
allowing operation without outriggers. The whole machine has a low center of gravity and strong anti-overturning capacity.
It can move at low speed while lifting,
which is especially suitable for equipment positioning, multi-point hoisting and continuous operation.
Capable of traveling and operating on complex road conditions
such as muddy, soft sites, construction access roads and slopes, with much better passability than truck cranes.
Can be equipped with main boom, fixed jib, luffing jib, superlift device, etc.,
to meet lifting requirements of different heights, radii and weights.
The boom, crawlers, counterweights and upper structure can be split modularly,
facilitating highway transportation and relocation between different sites.
