Driven by a high-torque Eaton motor and a fuel-efficient Cummins engine, this HDD system is a specialized solution for high-speed urban utility installation. Its D60×3000mm drill rod configuration and wireless remote-controlled chassis allow for maximum productivity in confined work sites, while the ergonomic, three-speed adjustable control system ensures precision and reduced operator fatigue in the most demanding environments.
- Equipped with a Cummins engine: powerful output, stable performance, low fuel consumption and low noise, making it ideal for urban construction.
- The rotation of the power head is directly driven by a high-torque Eaton cycloidal motor from the United States, delivering high torque and reliable performance. The rotation speed is stepless adjustable in two ranges, and the push-pull speed is adjustable in three gears, leading the industry in construction efficiency. A pull-boost function is reserved to expand the scope of operation.
- Fitted with a Permco hydraulic gear pump from the United States; the crawler chassis supports wireless remote control travel, enabling convenient and fast loading, unloading and relocation. The operator console is ergonomically designed for comfortable operation, greatly reducing operator fatigue, with a wide field of vision and a comfortable operating experience.
- Equipped with D60×3000mm drill rods, the machine features a compact footprint to meet the requirements of efficient operation in confined work sites.

Single shaft mixing machine

CFA Long Auger Drilling Rig
The ZB series CFA long auger drilling rig is operated by an electrical hydraulic system and adopts a walking mode or crawler base. When working, the long auger drilling rig is used to drill to the design elevation, and when lifting the drill, concrete is pumped into the pile through a concrete conveying pump (or a steel cage can be inserted later). Both drilling and piling are completed synchronously with one machine.
