Overall structure

  • The main unit and power system adopt an integrated design, which complies with domestic and international transportation regulations for convenient delivery.
  • This large-scale drilling rig is equipped with a manipulator, which can automatically complete drill pipe loading and unloading, greatly reducing labor costs and improving work efficiency.
  • Equipped with two high-power, high-efficiency and low-noise Cummins engines, it can flexibly switch between dual-engine and single-engine operation for energy saving and consumption reduction.
  • Both push-pull and rotation functions adopt the Sauer electronically controlled closed-loop system from the U.S., ensuring high efficiency, stability and reliability. Both rotation and push-pull are driven by Poclain motors imported directly from France. Compared with conventional hydraulic systems, it delivers over 20% higher working efficiency, reduces system heat generation, and achieves 20% energy savings.
  • The rotation and push-pull of the power head adopt full-proportional linear stepless speed regulation.
  • The front and rear clamps of the holder are separable and support full-stroke floating. A rod support mechanism is installed in front of the holder, which effectively reduces mutual wear between the drill pipe and the holder.
  • Compatible with Φ140×9600mm and Φ168×9600mm drill pipes, it features a spindle floating design to protect the drill pipe threads.
  • The floating mast with front and rear oil cylinders allows adjustable entry angle, facilitating loading, unloading and transportation.
  • The crawler travel system enables direct movement and positioning on the construction site.
  • It is equipped with an independent cab with basic working and living facilities, featuring exquisite decoration, spacious and comfortable space, and a wide field of vision.

Main control valve

  • Simple and reliable structure ensures trouble-free operation. The large-diameter design reduces throttling loss and system heat generation for higher energy efficiency. Its compact shape and reasonable layout are highly adaptable to the layout of the drilling rig’s power system. It can increase the push-pull speed without affecting the spindle torque and push-pull force, so as to meet the speed requirements under different working conditions.
  • The self-developed electro-hydraulic integrated control system realizes adaptive control of the main unit under different working conditions and geological conditions, improving the construction efficiency by 20%-30%.
  • The vehicle wiring harness circuit is simple, stable and reliable.
  • The LCD human-machine interface (HMI) system allows real-time control of equipment operation and real-time status monitoring, enabling easier and more comfortable operation.
