  • Product Details

The SNR750T fully hydraulic truck-mounted water well drilling rig is installed on a Sinotruk  6X6/8X4 chassis and is suitable for medium drilling projects with a maximum drilling depth of 750meters and a drilling diameter range of 105-450mm. The main shaft pressure is 6t and the lifting force is 40t. The SNR750T water well drilling rig is compatible with 102 drill rod. And the maximum rotary torque can reach 12600/6300 or 15000/7500N.m.

 

Main Features

  • The SNR750Twater drilling rig is equipped with imported high-power engines as standard across the entire range. The hydraulic system uses a constant power variable piston pump to increase system pressure, and an optional imported rotary motor greatly enhances the power output of the drilling rig. SNR750T water well drilling rig is an excellent match for engineering drilling rigs that can adapt to more complex geological and working conditions.
  • The lifting of the drilling rig mast, drilling rod unloading, rotation and feeding, leg lifting, walking and other actions are all implemented by the hydraulic system, greatly reducing labor intensity, improving construction efficiency and engineering quality. Moreover, each drilling rig can be modified into tuck (car or trailer) chassis.
  • Equipped with water vapor dual-purpose rotary head, whichcan use air DTH hammer drilling and mud drilling;
  • Rotation, drilling, and lifting of the drilling rig are all controlled by hydraulic dual speed adjustment, which makes thedrilling parameters more reasonably matched with the drilling conditions.
  • The hydraulic system is equipped with an independent air-cooled hydraulic oil radiator, and a water-cooled radiator can beoptionally installed according to user requirements to ensure efficient and continuous operation of the drilling rig hydraulic
  • system under high temperature climate conditions in different regions.
  • Equipped with the BW1100 mud pump, the large displacement guarantees effective cuttings transport and high penetration rates, whereas the high pressure enables overcoming circulation resistance in deep holes and sustaining stable fluid return, thereby realizing efficient, safe, and low-cost drilling for 750-meter water wells.
  • Generator and foam pump can be as optional, which iseffectively tackles drilling difficulties in arid areas and fractured loss zones, enabling operations that are efficient, safe, and low in cost.
  • Equipped withCummins engine which ensure the stability of drilling rig in working condition;
  • Thefully hydraulic dual rotary head can be optional. using a down the hole impact hammer,mud drilling or drilling with casing to meet different geological conditions for drilling operations. Suitable for projects such as large-diameter water wells, pile holes, and mine rescue.

Single shaft mixing machine
