The SNR500 fully hydraulic crawler mounted water well drilling rig is suitable for medium drilling projects with a maximum drilling depth of 500m and a drilling diameter range of 105-400mm. The main shaft pressure is 6t and the lifting force is 30t. The SNR500 is compatible with 102mm drill rod. Weight of the rig is 10.5 tons and the dimension is 6.2*1.85*2.55m, the rig is lightweight and portable, making it ideal for projects with limited working conditions and easy for workers to move.
Main Features
- The lifting of theSNR500 drilling rig mast, unloading of drill rods, rotation and feeding, support legs, hoisting, walking and other actions are all implemented by the hydraulic system, and can be directly constructed with 6-meter drill rods or 6-meter casing, greatly reducing labor intensity, improving construction efficiency and engineering quality. Each drilling rig can be modified into a vehicle mounted chassis.

- SNR500 water well drilling rig with directional circulation, which is equipped with BW600 mud pump, it adopts the slurry as the washing fluid, and it can drill on clay, sand and rock if it is equipped with a good drilling bit.
- Equipped with generator which is convenient to welding or illuminate for work at night.
- Equipped with a foam pump, the drilling rig breaks free from the heavy water dependency inherent in conventional mud circulation. By producing a high-performance foam fluid, it effectively tackles drilling difficulties in arid areas and fractured loss zones, enabling operations that are efficient, safe, and low in cost.

Single shaft mixing machine
