The SNR200T fully hydraulic truck-mounted water well drilling rig is installed on a Dongfeng 4×4 chassis and is suitable for small drilling projects with a maximum drilling depth of 200 meters and a drilling diameter range of 105-300mm. The air pressure is 1.25-3.5Mpa and the air consumption is 16-55 m³/min. The SNR200 is compatible with 89/76mm drill pipe. And the maximum rotary torque can reach 6000/3000 N.m.
Main Features
- The lifting of the SNR200 water well drilling rig mast, drilling rod unloading, rotation and feeding, support legs, hoisting, walking and other actions are all implemented by the hydraulic system, greatly reducing labor intensity, improving construction efficiency and engineering quality. And each drilling rig can be modified into truck mounted chassis.
- The rig is very convenient with air compressor and DTH hammer, using compressed air DTH hammerdrilling technology, complete the bedrock drilling operation.
- The rig is equipped with patent technology hydraulic rotary disk, mud pump, hydraulic winch, the mud canbe completed normal circulation drilling technology.
- Hydraulic clamp with superior clamping force, improved durability, faster cycle times, and enhanced safety, which make unloading drill rod and critical component for high-performance drilling operations requiring reliability under extreme conditions.
- SNR200 water well drilling rig with directional circulation, which is equipped with BW250 mud pump, it adopts the slurry as the washing fluid, and it can drill on clay, sand and rock if it is equipped with a good drilling bit.
