Single shaft mixing machine
This rig is specifically fitted with a mixing device for the DSM method (such as double-axis or triple-axis mixing drill rods). During construction, the rig provides stable vertical lift and downward pressure, driving the drill rods to rotate and inject cement grout, forcibly mixing soft soil with the solidifying agent to form underground continuous walls or reinforced blocks.
Application Scenarios: Soft Ground Reinforcement
Cutoff Wall: Forms an interlocking continuous wall for water isolation in excavation pits.
Foundation Reinforcement: Enhances the bearing capacity of soft ground and reduces settlement.
