Casing is used for stabilizing boreholes in collapsible soil conditions and designed specifically for the transmission of high torques and crowd forces generated by rotary drilling rig, casing oscillator and casing rotator. Standard casings are produced in double-walled construction.

As the amount of torque to be transmitted as well as the required casing depths continue to increase further and further, accompanied by increased wear, we supply reinforced version as an alternative to standard casings. lt differs by comprising a stronger inner tube with wall thickness of 12 mm (0D 620 – 1300mm) and16 mm(0D1500 – 1800 mm)

Casing Shoe

Single shaft mixing machine
This rig is specifically fitted with a mixing device for the DSM method (such as double-axis or triple-axis mixing drill rods). During construction, the rig provides stable vertical lift and downward pressure, driving the drill rods to rotate and inject cement grout, forcibly mixing soft soil with the solidifying agent to form underground continuous walls or reinforced blocks.

CFA Long Auger Drilling Rig
The ZB series CFA long auger drilling rig is operated by an electrical hydraulic system and adopts a walking mode or crawler base. When working, the long auger drilling rig is used to drill to the design elevation, and when lifting the drill, concrete is pumped into the pile through a concrete conveying pump (or a steel cage can be inserted later). Both drilling and piling are completed synchronously with one machine. The installation of rotary heads can also be used for various foundation construction techniques such as superfluid and long spiral drilling piles.
